Viola
Through exploration of the instrument's repertoire, historical perspective and in-depth technical work, this course aims to develop mastery of the instrument and a critical approach to interpretation. Particular attention is paid to listening to one's body, in order to prevent the aches and pains associated with playing the instrument. The face-to-face teaching approach allows for personalised learning, helping each student to reach his or her full potential.
Artistic direction
Through studio recording projects with soloists and orchestras, as well as masterclasses and artistic direction sessions with musicians from the chamber music courses, students learn to communicate and convey ideas to the performer, in line with the artistic and technical issues at stake. At the end of this course, they will be able to arbitrate and react quickly, armed with a method and confidence in the choice and implementation of sound recording devices.
