- VISALE (Visale is a free deposit service for all students). Not having a guarantor should not be a reason for being denied access to housing. With Visale, the question no longer arises, as anyone who needs to can find decent accommodation. The choice of home insurance remains free, but the main conditions concern the length of the rental contract and the location of the property. In particular, the rent ceiling is set at a fixed level to prevent any abuses that might occur. Finally, to avoid abuse by your landlord, be sure to specify any imperfections in the inventory of fixtures.
