Student mobility: incoming
Through its many university partnerships, the Conservatoire welcomes students from partner institutions in Europe and around the world each year for exchange programmes lasting one semester or a full academic year.
During their stay at the Conservatoire de Paris, exchange students benefit from the same rights and responsibilities as students enrolled in a full programme, while remaining enrolled at their home institution.
Are you a student of one of the IN.TUNE partner institutions and interested in studying abroad? This is how it works! When you apply for an Erasmus+ long-term mobility for studies, you can choose between a one-semester or a full academic year abroad at a partner institution. If your application is accepted, you will register at your home institution and pay your student fees only there (if any). Why embark on an enriching and inspiring journey abroad?
Seamless mobility is the key principle of IN.TUNE partners when it comes to student mobilities. Moreover, if you cannot study abroad for a long-term mobility, don’t worry — we are creating many other mobility activities that you will be able to take part in over the coming years. Stay tuned! Follow the links to the pages of the IN.TUNE partners below for all the details: necessary application documents, deadlines, and procedures. Don’t forget to contact your own International Relations Coordinator and your department as well – they need to approve your application so that your credits will be recognised once you return. |
Application procedure
The CNSMDP runs a single application campaign for academic mobility, whether for full‑year stays, the autumn semester, or the spring semester. Each year, the application period is open from 15 January to 1 March. Please note that the platform closes on 1 March, meaning applications must be submitted by the last day of February at 11:59 p.m. (French time).
Step 1 : Prepare your project
The first step is to discuss your project with the international relations office at your home institution.
At the same time, you may consult the Conservatoire’s list of partner institutions to check whether an agreement exists between our two institutions. If this is not the case, the international relations coordinator at your institution must contact us so that we can discuss setting up a partnership agreement to enable your mobility.
Please make sure to anticipate this step, as establishing an agreement can take time!
Step 2: Prepare your application
Has your project been approved by your home institution? It is now time to prepare your application!
Applications must be submitted on EasyMobility Online between 15 January and 1 March each year. Outside of this period, applications will not be reviewed. Please do not wait until the last day to submit your application — especially if it falls on a weekend — as we cannot guarantee timely assistance in case of technical difficulties. Moreover, EasyMobility also requires an action from your home institution; if you do not anticipate this step, they may be unable to validate your application on time, which could prevent your application from submission.
Please note that we do not put candidates in contact with our professors, neither do we share their contact details.
