AFCMD Dance

INFORMATIONS

  • Objectives and content

The AFCMD course is largely practical, using the theory of the laws of movement, biomechanics and anatomy-physiology. This dual theoretical and practical approach also aims to prevent pathologies and avoid the premature wear and tear associated with repetition.

It provides what is needed to adjust and modulate the fundamental coordinations specific to each aesthetic, both collectively and individually. To this end, multiple perceptive and imaginary universes, visualisations, dance improvisations, stretching, toning and targeted balancing are proposed and integrated into the dance movement.

After an injury, this approach allows you to reappropriate your dance movement by re-examining the coordination at the root of the trauma.
