Concert jazz

Le département Jazz et musiques improvisées accueille environ 50 élèves chaque année. Encadrés par une équipe de neuf professeurs, ils suivent une formation de haut niveau à la fois théorique, pratique et expérimentale. Chaque promotion constitue un atelier où les jeunes musiciens doivent composer, arranger, improviser.
L’organisation de master classes thématiques et de concerts à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur du Conservatoire de Paris permet, outre des rencontres précieuses, une ouverture sur les réalités du monde du travail et une meilleure connaissance du milieu indispensables à leur insertion professionnelle.
