  • Objectives and content

The aim of the German lyric diction course is to provide students with the fundamental knowledge they need to perform the German repertoire independently. It focuses on the specific characteristics of the language (vocabulary, grammar, phonetics, syntax), knowledge of the German poetic, lyrical and polyphonic repertoire, and the fundamental elements of interpretation, in order to give students the keys to the 'Bühnensprache', the official language used on German stages. The tests and the certificate are marked out of 20. The mark obtained is also converted into a TB, B or AB grade.

A certificate is awarded to students in the 3rd year of the DNSPM.
