Objectives and content
Putting the instrumentalist's body at the centre of his or her instrumental practice by helping the student to become aware of it through various Western and Eastern techniques.
Work on the quality of the instrumental gesture, relaxation and managing stage fright.
Prevent tendonitis and other dysfunctions that can result from intensive musical practice.
During the course, students will experiment individually and in groups with different techniques for managing their body and mind in relation to their instrument (anatomy, pain prevention, relaxation, centring, breathing, managing stage fright, etc.), always with a global vision of the body in relation to the instrument.
