Objectives and content
OBJECTIVES
- To know and use the physical models associated with the functioning of light, systems linked to image formation and the analysis of complex optical systems.
- Master basic concepts: refraction, reflection, dispersion, real and virtual image, ray construction in a centred optical system.
- Know how to analyse and understand interference and diffraction phenomena.
- Finally, this course aims to establish a structured link between visual experience and the physical reality of image production.
