^1st YEAR HIGH SCHOOL

1st year exam

1. one work of your choice, in agreement with the teacher ;

2. three orchestral excerpts, chosen and communicated by the teachers.

2nd year examination

1. one compulsory work, posted two months before the examination ;

2. one work of your choice, in agreement with the teacher;

3. three orchestral excerpts to be chosen by the jury from a list of 10.

DNSPM final examination

Public recital

Duration: 30 minutes maximum

1. one work from the Baroque repertoire, chosen in agreement with the teacher;

2. a work from the classical, romantic and twentieth-century repertoire, to be chosen with the teacher's agreement;

3. a work from the contemporary repertoire, to be chosen by arrangement with the teacher.

The 1st cycle oboe/English horn certificate is awarded to students who pass the DNSPM final examination.

The certificate is awarded on the basis of the jury's decision at the end of the DNSPM final examination.

Non-public recital

Duration: 40 minutes maximum

1. a work from the Baroque repertoire of the student's choice, in agreement with the teacher;
2. a work from the classical, romantic and ^{twentieth-century} repertoire, to be chosen in agreement with the teacher;
3. a work from the contemporary repertoire, chosen in agreement with the teacher;
4. an oral commentary by the jury after deliberation.

^2nd year recital

Public recital

Duration: 50 minutes maximum

The Oboe/English Horn Prize is awarded to the student who has won a prize in each of the two^2nd year recitals.

The mention for the Oboe/English Horn Prize is the mention awarded by the jury for the free recital in the^2nd year of the^2nd cycle.
