Objectives and content
In addition to in-depth technical work and the development of the repertoire, the teaching includes the study of the small clarinet in Eb.

Assessment terms and conditions
1st YEAR HIGH SCHOOL
1st year examination
Time allowed: 20 minutes maximum
- a compulsory etude, posted two months before the examination ;
- a work of your choice, in agreement with the teacher.
2nd year examination
Time allowed: 20 minutes maximum
- one compulsory work, posted two months before the exam ;
- one work of your choice, in agreement with the teacher.
DNSPM final examination
Public recital
Duration: 30 minutes maximum
- one compulsory work, posted two months before the examination ;
- one or two works of your choice, in agreement with the teacher.
The1st cycle Clarinet certificate is awarded to students who pass the DNSPM final examination.
The certificate grade is that awarded by the jury at the end of the DNSPM final examination.
2nd higher cycle
1st year recital
Non-public recital
Duration: 45 minutes maximum
- a compulsory contemporary work, posted two months before the examination ;
- one compulsory work from the repertoire, taken from a programme worked on during the year, posted two months before the exam;
- one or two works of your choice, in agreement with the teacher;
- an oral commentary by the jury after deliberation.
2nd year recital
Public recital
Duration: 50 minutes maximum
